It is a common ground at the bar that all post retiral payments have been made. With regard to Group Insurance the Court, in another case, has already directed the concerned authorities to undertake an exercise and complete formalities for such payment latest by 31st March, 2015.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the Patna Municipal Corporation to ensure that the claim of the petitioner, which has already been forwarded to Life Insurance Corporation of India, is acted upon and the exercise in her case is also completed within the aforesaid time. If thereafter the petitioner still does not receive the due of Group

Patna High Court CWJC No.9186 of 2011 (5) dt.27-01-2015 2/2 Insurance, she shall be at liberty to file an appropriate application in the present case itself.
