Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Session Trial No. 120 of 2020 read with Mahila P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 457, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 376(D), 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Mother and daughter have been raped by accused persons. The petitioners are participants of gang rape of a mother and daughter. Various submissions regarding land dispute etc. have been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners which are

Considering the same, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

This is a case of 2019 and it is surprisingly that the police has not taken any steps for arrest of the accused persons till date in such a serious offence.

The petitioners are directed to surrender within two weeks from today. If they do not surrender within two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police Jehanabad will take all steps for arresting the petitioners and other accused persons of this case. Communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad through FAX. Shri Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP will also communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad through whatsapp and phone.

List this case on 18.5.2022 for status of the arrest of the accused.
