JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 12-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Mobile sets in large number were seized from the possession of both the petitioners and for that both the petitioners are under custody since 02.11.2016 having absence of criminal antecedent as per para-3.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioners Sanjay Mahto, Shamu Mahto each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No.102/2016, with a direction to the learned lower court to trace out genuineness as well as soundness of the bailors in order to have presence of both the petitioners during course of trial being residence of outside of State.
