Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mauzahidpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 registered under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on deposition of police witnesses. During investigation no material has come against this petitioner. Petitioner is a student. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9781 of 2017 (3) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mauzadihpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
