Misc. No.9192 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 19.05.2015.

Heard Md. Hussain, learned counsel for the petitioners, and Mrs. Anita Kumari, learned counsel for the opposite party.

Having considered the averments made in the application and having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are satisfied that the absence of the petitioners and/or his counsel from the Court on 19.05.2015 was for reasons beyond their control.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the order, dated 19.05.2015 aforementioned, is hereby set aside and Cr. Misc. No.9192 of 2015 aforementioned is hereby restored to its original file.
