Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught with stolen motorcycle and does have criminal antecedent of several cases, I do not feel it proper to release him on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with K.
