ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 05-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Khaira P.S. case No.116 of 2014 registered under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending before the court of Sri B.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jamui.

Considering that arms were recovered from the house of the Petitioner, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
