07.10.2015 The Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 22.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6448 of 2014 to the extent that even though it was stated that the maintenance amount would be Rs. 1,000/- per month but only Rs. 500/- was mentioned.

The order is modified to the extent that Rs.

1,000/- per month be paid in favour of the Informant in place of Rs. 500/- The Modification Application stands allowed.
