JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012 registered under Sections364, 365, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against these petitioners is that they took the informant's son and thereafter, the informant's son was found missing. In course of investigation, police made attempt to trace the missing boy out, but failed. Moreover, some witnesses claimed that they had seen the victim in the company of petitioners in course of investigation.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49715 of 2014 (3) dt.07-05-2015 well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concern court, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
