The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karendey P.S Case No. 25 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) and 54 of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Allegedly, near hen farm from a room 37 liters of foreign liquor in different bottles of different size were recovered on 30.06.2016 and since then the petitioner is in custody.
