2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of torture and harassment due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that dispute between the parties has already been resolved.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 does not dispute the contention made on behalf of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Complaint Case No. 164 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
