2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Budhha Colony P.S. Case No. 520 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of informant with balla and bricks, as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that there is case and counter case and both sides sustained injuries. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that opinion of injury is kept reserved.
