The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Haspura P.S. Case No. 79/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 21.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 6013/2015. It is submitted that the husband and father-in-law of the deceased have already been acquitted and none of the prosecution witnesses have supported the prosecution case. Considering the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner has already been rejected vide order dated
