This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 47 and 54 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
From the possession of the co-accused three liters of Nepali liquor was recovered. Allegation is that the petitioner was also accompanying him and had fled away from the place. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2016 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 225 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Sub Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
