This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The offence alleged is murder. The case is based on circumstantial evidence. Only circumstance against the petitioner is that he was last seen with the deceased. No motive is alleged against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid material, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ariari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the District and Sessions Judge, Sheikhpura, or successor Court.
