The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maro P.S. Case No. 05 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272/273 IPC and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 7.5 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2019.
