1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023 dated 19.2.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (c) and 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. The main submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner is a woman having fair and clean antecedent and as per allegation the raw materials such as mahua flower, fermented mahua and utensils etc. were alleged to have been recovered from the house of this petitioner but no recovery of manufactured wine was made from the petitioner's house and she has been languishing in jail since 20.02.2023 and against her the investigation has been

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the facts that the petitioner is a lady having fair and clean antecedent and the alleged materials were recovered in the presence of official persons and against the petitioner the investigation has been completed, in the opinion of this court, the petitioner deserves to a lenient approach of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 55 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) Rajiv/- U T
