JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that daughter of the informant has been kidnapped by this petitioner with intention to perform marriage with her.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. which has been enclosed as Annexure-2 wherein she has stated that she had gone to the house of her Mousi because her mother had scolded her. She has further stated in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. that she does not know Ranjan Singh (petitioner).

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.69926 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ravi Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
