2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2026, registered under Sections 4, 8, 10, 12 of the POCSO Act and under Sections 126(2), 127(2) 115(2), 76, 303(2), 329(4), 65(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, the allegation is that the petitioners, namely, Golu Kumar and Sandeep Kumar entered the house of the informant and started molesting his minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years. Though three sisters were assaulted but the injury report of one Sapna Kumari

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the parties are agnates and there is continuity of dispute between them. Petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 30.01.2026.

5. Learned APP as well as counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. Counsel for the informant submits that for the occurrence, number of complaints were given but the petitioners side being influential did not allow the police to lodge the F.I.R.

6. Considering that the matter involves dispute between the agnates and no serious injury has been caused to anybody and the petitioners have clean antecedent, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran/concerned court below in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2026.

8. It is made clear that any observations made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
