Petitioner was pillion rider and 40 bottles containing near about 16 litres of foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner whereas 16 bottles of liquor are said to have been recovered from the possession of other accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.08.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the alleged recovery is nothing but only highhandedness of the police. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.Pandey, J.M.Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S.Case No.110 of 2016.
