The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 354, 379, 323, 326, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case in short is that the petitioner along with other accused persons abused and dashed the informant with ill intention.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The witnesses in paragraphs-8, 9 & 10 of the case diary have not supported the prosecution case. The

On behalf of the State and O.P. No. 2, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 229 of 2018.
