The petitioners are accused in connection with Ladaniya P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 427 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that seven persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioners entered in the office of the informant, Head Mistress in the school making complainant why the paper is not sent to B.E.O. office. When she replied that the paper will be sent very soon then all started to abuse the informant. In the meantime, Parsuram Mandal caused injury through knife at her right hand and others also started to cause assault through fist and slaps and also destroyed the attendance

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71338 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 register. At that time, Maheshwar Devi and Bashisth Mandal snatched gold chain from her neck.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific allegation is against co-accused Parsuram Mandal to cause injury to the informant through knife, while the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. but no specific overt act has been attributed against them. It is further submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 26.09.2018. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Madhubani, in connection with Ladaniya P.S.
