On 25.06.2015 also prayer was made on behalf of the petitioner for time and the Court had recorded that as there was an interim order of stay since 01.07.2014 in favour of the petitioner, the prayer for time was not justified. However, by way of last indulgence, the matter was adjourned. In view of the aforesaid, since nobody is appearing on behalf of the petitioner today despite the Court recording on the last occasion that it was the last indulgence, the application stands dismissed for non prosecution.
