Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition (Amended) Act, 2018.

Taking into consideration that alleged recovery of illicit liquor was made beneath the seat on which the petitioner was found sitting and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Excise), Lakhisarai in connection with Kuil G.
