The present writ petition filed against the Co-operative Society is not maintainable in view of the judgment in the case of the Organizer Dehri CD and C.M. Union Ltd. v. The State of Bihar and others, reported in 2014(1) PLJR 695. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to redress his grievance before appropriate forum. While disposing of the limitation matter the authority will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court.
