1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 329(3), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352 and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent. It is next submitted that Raushan @ Raushan Kumar Poddar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 547 of 2026 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 18.02.2026 by this Court. It is next submitted that case of the petitioner is similar to the case of Raushan @ Raushan Kumar Poddar, thus, based on parity seeks anticipatory bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22741 of 2026(2) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the order dated 18.02.2026 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 547 of 2026, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C./482(2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
