Petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 448, 376 and 493 Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that occurrence is said to have taken place on 16.05.2018 and F.I.R. has been lodged on 02.07.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that on the assurance of performing marriage, this petitioner established physical relationship with informant. When informant made request to perform marriage on 26.05.2018, petitioner denied. Thereafter instant F.I.R. has been lodged.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72077 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 subsequently compromise petition has also been filed. Copy of Compromise Petition is annexed as Annexure-2 (series). Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Icum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
