Petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 40 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a), 37(b) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 14 liters of illicit Mahua liquor was seized. The petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2020. Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Nawada, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22503 of 2020(2) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 connection with G.O.
