Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jatna Bazar P.S. Case No. 52 of 2006 registered under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.
The prayer is allowed. This anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and the court below shall consider the regular bail of the petitioner taking into consideration that after investigation the police found the case false against the petitioner but the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate took cognizance
