JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The offence alleged is murder and the F.I.R. is against unknown. After three months of the lodging of the F.I.R. the wife of the victim stated to the police that victim had gone along with this petitioner and thereafter he did not return. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2016.

Considering the period undergone by the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
