2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased is said to have been killed by the accused persons.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 1.10.2024 and from the records, it appears that the deceased has consumed smack in excess and because of the same he has died and thereafter the case has been filed by his father.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Danapur/concerned Court below in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
