For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Premprakash Verma For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Rita Verma (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This application has been filed by one Sudhanshu Paritash seeking cancellation of bail of Opposite Party Nos. 2 and 3 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 95 of 2009, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Opposite party No.2 has been allowed bail by an order of this Court, dated 13.07.2009. The petitioner is not the informant. The State of Bihar has not filed any application for cancellation of bail. Filing of the present application seeking cancellation of bail to me appears to be motivated. Further, the

bail was allowed in the year 2009.

I do not find any reason to cancel the bail granted nearly eight years ago, now.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.

It is, however, made clear that the State may apply for cancellation of bail, if according to the State any case for cancellation is made out.
