JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 16-09-2015 The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 10.06.2011/18.06.2011 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 296 of 2005 whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
