The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piparia P.S. Case No. 18 of 2018 (G.R. case No. 625 of 2018) for the offence under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that he has fired upon informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let
