1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 05.12.2022, passed in CWJC No.7591 of 2022, the Circle Officer, Masaurhi, Patna has already passed the final order dated 27.06.2023, in connection with the Encroachment Case No.01 of 2021-22.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case of any subsisting grievances, the petitioner be granted
Patna High Court MJC No.868 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 liberty to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present petition stands disposed off.
