In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 24 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is a direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused fire arm injury to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury is not in the vital part of body.

Looking to the nature of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of
