1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case no.427 of 2023 registered under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner is that she has been appointed on the post of Special Survey Amin on the basis of forged documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The petitioner is a Diploma in Civil Engineering from CMJ University, Meghalaya and has validly completed her Diploma. It has further been submitted in paragraph no. 12 of the petition that

No.31992 of 2024(5) dt.24-04-2025 2/3 the University has explained in its letter to the Land Record and Survey, Patna (Bihar) that inadvertently, the certificate of the petitioner has been marked as fake due to the reasons that the records of the University were seized by C.I.D, Government of Meghalaya but after proper verification they would track their record and found the candidates to be genuine and correct. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has been made a victim of circumstances as due to the fact that her credentials has been considered to be fake, she has been terminated from the post of Special Survey Amin. Several similarly accused persons in different cases have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail vide orders dated 19.08.2023 and 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50895 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 5493 of 2024. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and undertakes to cooperate in the case/trial.
5. The application for anticipatory bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
6. In view of the entire facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, who has no criminal antecedent, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be

Case no.427 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S, 2023.
