JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 The Chainpur Pipra Math (Khakhi Baba Math) is a Public Trust registered with the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust.

The Board of the Trust is the competent authority to constitute a Committee for implementation of a scheme under Section 32 of the Act.

The allegation is that the Circle Officer is insisting on the old Committee, though a new Committee was constituted on 14.10.2012 by the Board.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13218 of 2013 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2 / 2 It appears that the President of the Board vide his letter dated 01.03.2013 addressed to Sub-Divisional Officer, Maharajganj again clarified that a new Committee has been constituted. The Circle Officer would have no authority to question the committee set up by the Religious Trust Board and would border on indiscipline, which may warrant action, if not mended.

This writ application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
