JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 in a case registered under section 341, 323, 353, 435, 337 and 404 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he having entered the school of the informant, not only abused and assaulted him but also burnt cash-book, M.D.M. Register and Attendance Register of the children. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.Case No. 09 of 2016.
