2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 109(1), 292, 351(2), 351(3), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the accusation against the petitioner is of stabbing in the abdomen of one Punanjay Kumar. It is also alleged that the co-accused Aniket Kumar gave knife blow to Dhananjay Kumar whereas co-accused Harshit Raj fired indiscriminately and all of them fled away from the place of occurrence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The counter case has been lodged against the Informant and others being Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 29 of 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that so far as the allegation against the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner has inflicted one knife below in the abdomen of the Informant's son which is not corroborated from the injury report as there are three injury hover his body. In the occurrence, no one has sustained fire-arm injury. Further, the alleged injury is simple in nature. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents and, in all of them, he is on bail and is languishing in judicial custody since 23.01.2025 without any rhymes or reason. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case under Sections 109(1), 119(2), 292, 351(2) (3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner, stating that the offence alleged is serious in nature.

6. Having heard rival contention of both the parties

No.22077 of 2025(2) dt.28-04-2025 3/3 and considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case as also taking into account the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, abovenamed, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025.
