This is an application for quashing of the order dated 4.8.2015, passed by the learned 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram in Criminal Revision No.184 of 2001.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seek liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
