The petitioner seeks bail in Thawe P.S. Case No.176 of 2018 / Tr.No.19/18 registered under Sections 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S.Act.

Allegation is recovery of 10 grams opium from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that seized article comes within the purview of the small quantity and the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional District and Sessions

(ii) petitioner/s shall cooperate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court. (iii) if the petitioners tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail of the petitioner/s.
