JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2015 The petitioners seek direction to respondent No.2 to dispose of the Vigilance Case No. 27B/12 which was filed by the petitioner for quashing Plan Case No. RC-37/2010 dated 10.11.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ application has become infructuous as aforesaid Vigilance case has been disposed of and an appeal has also been filed against it. In the circumstances, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn as having become infructuous.
