This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Eight hundred grams of ganja was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2016. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Submission of the petitioner is that the recovered quantity is small quantity.

Considering the allegation and period already undergone, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 327 of 2016 (Special Case No. 5 of 2016) to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I & Special Judge, Khagaria, or successor Court.
