Petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. Bhagalpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 414 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report itself it is mentioned that petitioner was apprehended on the spot after chase, but no theft article was recovered from his possession. He has been handed over to the police by the informant merely on suspicion.

Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.69368 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Bhagalpur, in connection with G.R.P.
