2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar PS Case No. 757 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 366/34 of the IPC.

3. The allegation is that the lady was going from her house and the petitioner along with his sister Sanju Kumari took her to Haryana and attempted to force her to prostitution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and is in custody since 11.11.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. It is submitted that the charge sheet in this case has already been

6. Considering the fact that the lady was forced to prostitution, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
