2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 490 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The deceased Manoj Kumar Ram was killed by unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation which is apparent from the impugned order.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2025.

5. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. It is, however, clarified that the observations made
