The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is involved in theft of motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remainedin custody for more nearly 9 months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
