No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

The petitioner shall also have liberty, if so advised, to lodge a First Information Report with jurisdictional police station or a complaint with criminal Court of competent jurisdiction if he is sanguine about the allegations with regard to financial irregularities, which he has made in the present writ petition.
