2. Learned counsel for the Magadh University, by referring to document appended with the show-cause as Annexure-A series, submits that a consolidated amount of Rs.50,000/- has already been paid to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present case.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner to rebutt such submissions and pursuant to order

Patna High Court MJC No.1197 of 2019(7) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 passed on 12.12.2025, a copy has been given to learned counsel for the petitioner in advance and till date, there is no rejoinder to the same despite specific stand taken in the show-cause.

4. Considering the fact that compliance has already been made and nothing survives for adjudication, the contempt petition is disposed with a liberty restored to the petitioner, that for pending grievance, if any, appropriate representation shall be filed within a period of four weeks and the Registrar, Magadh University, shall address the same and finding the grievances to be justified in law, necessary orders shall be passed.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
